Refund Policy

At Global Supply General Trading L.L.C, we ensure that our products and ingredients are of the highest possible standards. If you are unhappy with your order, kindly contact us at info@ohmyoh.com for refunds under the following conditions:

  • Refunds are decided by the Global Supply General Trading L.L.C team with valid reasons.
  • We will not accept refund requests more than 3 days after the purchase date.
  • Delivery costs, if any, will not be included in the refund.
  • Refunds can and will only be made to the credit card that was used for the purchase.
  • Refunds for cash-on-delivery orders are not accepted.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, all products must be unopened and packed in the original delivery box, including any accessories, labels, free gifts, bonus items, and documentation shipped with the product. Products must be returned in their original condition. In the interest of hygiene, we may refuse the return of items when it is evident that hygiene measures have not been followed.

If the product is returned unopened in the original box, we will exchange it or offer you a refund based on your original method of payment, excluding any shipping charges (other than the original shipping costs invoiced).
